Command line options (in any order):

• jazz -h -- Print help text
• jazz -v -- Print help text
• jazz -f filename -- Input midi file
• jazz -trackwin xpos ypos [width height] -- Position/size of main window
• jazz -pianowin xpos ypos [width height] -- Position/size of piano roll window
